APPOINTMENT POLICY

If you need to rearrange or amend your appointment, I kindly require a minimum of 7 days’ notice. As an independent practitioner, this allows me sufficient time to re-fill your appointment slot.

• Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will result in loss of your booking deposit.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or failure to attend, will require full payment of the treatment.
• Outstanding balances must be settled before any future appointments can be made.

PARKING

Free on-street parking is available.
Please avoid parking in the through road directly in front of the cottages. Instead, park on the wider Hunsworth Lane.

APPOINTMENT PREPERATION

To get the most from your treatment, I recommend arriving makeup-free and wearing comfortable clothing so you can fully relax.

PAYMENT

On the day of your appointment, the remaining balance can be paid via cash or bank transfer at the end of your treatment.
